Enlightenment of Vanity
Thinking is a tool;
So are our senses.
Yet the former,
A double-edged sword.
Either a compass
To our core,
Or a distraction,
Justification
For self-serving cruelty
Dressed as savviness.
The latter was the product
Of the era of enlightenment.
And as a result,
We are back to the darkness again.
Philosophy needs no manual,
If one Sees, it substantiates,
I don’t think I exist because I think,
Invention of black-hole,
Or the particle of god,
Merely blinded us to light,
Deafened us to vibration.
Not here to defend God.
Nor boast of Nirvana nor Eden;
Spirituality? Certainly not.
But to draw a line,
Yet not intervention,
Between origin and invention.
If one Sees, one knows why it exists.
God neither needs nor deserves
Capitalisation.
Not here to reason,
Just to thank
Plato, Aristotle,
René, Immanuel,
And their disciples,
Past and future.

Iluminación de la Vanidad
También lo son nuestros sentidos.
Mas el primero,
Un arma de doble filo.
Hacia nuestro centro,
O una distracción,
Justificación
Para la crueldad egoísta
Vestida de astucia.
De la era de la ilustración.
Y como resultado,
Estamos de vuelta en la oscuridad.
Si uno Ve, esta fundamenta,
No creo que exista porque pienso,
La invención del agujero negro,
O la partícula de dios,
Mero velo ante la luz,
Sordera ante la vibración.
Ni para presumir de Nirvana ni de Edén;
¿Espiritualidad? Ciertamente no.
Sino para trazar una línea,
Y sin embargo, no una intervención,
Entre el origen y la invención.
Si uno Ve, uno sabe por qué existe.
Dios ni necesita ni merece
Mayúscula.
Solo para dar las gracias
A Platón, Aristóteles,
René, Immanuel,
Y a sus discípulos,
Pasados y futuros.
